Do you charge a call-out fee?
For repairs there's a £75 diagnosis visit, and it's taken off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. Quotes for new boilers and bathrooms are free.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. I carry my Gas Safe ID card on every job. Ask to see it, I'll never mind.
How quickly can you come out?
For urgent leaks, or no heating in winter, the same day where I possibly can. For quotes and servicing, normally within 2–3 working days.
What guarantee do I get?
12 months on my workmanship, on every job, plus the manufacturer's warranty on new boilers (up to 12 years when it's registered).
